Ashram
From Sanskrit aashraya, "protection", in Ancient India an ashram was a secluded retreat where wise men went in order to live closer to nature. Today it is a place that attracts people from all over the world who are in search of spiritual enlightenment. They come to live among nature far away from the city and are often lead by a spiritual leader or guru.

Tilaka or Bindi
This is a mark in the form of a dot placed on the forehead. Worn by those who belong to the Hindu religion it shows which tradition one follows. This area on the forehead is also known as the third eye or the sixth chakra.
